Andreas Polyvios Delladetsimas
My research focuses on blockchain technology, decentralized systems, and their intersection with AI — including decentralized governance, tokenization, and autonomous agent economies. I contribute to European research consortia and teach in the MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency program and the Mastering Web3 MOOC.
Biography
I am a researcher and teaching assistant at the University of Nicosia (Institute for the Future — IFF), based in Athens, Greece. My research spans blockchain technology, decentralized systems, and the intersection of AI and blockchain — with a focus on decentralized governance, tokenization, and autonomous agent economies.
I actively contribute to European research initiatives (DeSciCoLab, TrustFood, Digi4Eco, NeoLAiA) and assist teaching across the University's MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currency curriculum. In addition, I have served as a guest instructor for the NFTs & the Metaverse module at Panteion University (E-Learning / KEDIVIM).
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) and an MSc in Fintech and Digital Finance from Montpellier Business School (Valedictorian). A full list of publications is available on the Research page.
